How it works
Eligibility is based on the approved scope of work in your written estimate. If the finished work doesn't match what we agreed to, or has a workmanship problem, we fix it. If we can't, we make it right financially.
What isn't covered
If the work was completed correctly and matches the approved scope, but simply doesn't look the way you imagined, it isn't eligible for a refund. That's why we agree on materials, layout, and details in writing before we start, so there are no surprises.
